Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our vibrant hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front-of-house staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and cleanliness. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for hospitality, team management, and culinary excellence to lead a dedicated team in delivering memorable guest experiences. Previous restaurant, hotel, or barista experience is highly desirable, along with supervising experience and strong leadership skills.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
Oversee food preparation and serving processes to maintain quality standards
Assist in training new team members on food safety, customer service, and operational procedures
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries efficiently
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the establishment
Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and reception zone
Support kitchen staff during busy periods with food production or service assistance when needed
Handle customer complaints professionally to uphold the establishment’s reputation
Collaborate with management on staff scheduling, stock control, and event planning
Promote a positive team environment through effective leadership and motivation

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting
Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards
Experience in serving guests with professionalism and hospitality skills
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations
Familiarity with barista or bar service is advantageous
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Previous experience in culinary roles or hospitality management is preferred
