As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an exceptional Practice Administrator to become the heart of our operations.
This isn't just another admin role.

You'll work alongside our established Administrator taking ownership of the day-to-day operational side of the business.

What you'll be doing
Managing our busy inbox and responding to enquiries
Coordinating clinician diaries across multiple sites
Booking discovery calls and new client appointments
Supporting an outstanding client journey from first enquiry to discharge
Liaising with clients, families, care providers and healthcare professionals
Loging data and producing reports to support business KPIs
Supporting recruitment and HR administration
Coordinating marketing activity and social media scheduling
Helping organise meetings, projects and business initiatives
Identifying ways to improve systems and processes
We're looking for someone who:
✔ Has an exceptional eye for detail
✔ Delivers outstanding customer care and enjoys building relationships
✔ Is confident using spreadsheets and enjoys working with data
✔ Is data-driven and enjoys producing reports and identifying trends
✔ Has experience (or a keen interest) in social media and marketing
✔ Learns new IT systems quickly and enjoys using technology
✔ Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
✔ Takes ownership and enjoys solving problems
✔ Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
✔ Has a full UK driving licence and is happy travelling between our sites when required

About You
You'll probably thrive in this role if you've worked in healthcare, hospitality, education, recruitment, customer service, office management or another busy operational environment.
