MAGICAL ADVENTURES - SCIENCE CLUB FACILITATOR
We are looking for an enthusiastic and imaginative Science Teacher who can bring science to life through exciting, hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will have a passion for inspiring curiosity and a talent for delivering memorable lessons filled with fun, wonder and discovery. Think fizzing experiments, bubbling potions, colourful reactions and plenty of moments that leave children saying, "Wow!" We want someone who believes that the very best learning happens when children are fully engaged, asking questions and having fun.The position is paid and suitable for both experienced educators and those seeking to develop their teaching skills within a supportive environment.
Duties
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive science lessons aligned with curriculum standards, ensuring clarity and engagement.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively, creating a positive learning environment conducive to student participation.
- Support students with special educational needs by adapting lessons and employing behaviour management strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and behavioural incidents in compliance with school policies.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in teaching science at primary levels is desirable.
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) support and behaviour management techniques.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging students effectively.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement in teaching practices.

Pay: £35.00-£50.00 per hour
