Job Overview

Join our team as a Housekeeper and be the cornerstone of creating a welcoming, spotless environment for our guests and residents. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across various spaces, ensuring every area reflects our commitment to excellence. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a comfortable, safe, and inviting atmosphere for all who enter.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and hallways using appropriate commercial cleaning tools and supplies.
Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and disinfected according to established protocols.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, towels, and cleaning materials to maintain operational efficiency.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment to maintain a safe working environment.
Adhere to all health regulations and company policies related to cleanliness and sanitation.
Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed.

Experience

Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly preferred.
Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures is advantageous.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks required by the role.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout shifts.
