Our newest home, Hampton Care Woburn Sands, opens soon, and we are looking for an exceptional Home Admissions Advisor to become the first impression of Hampton Care.
This is not a traditional care home sales role.
We’re looking for someone who understands how to build relationships, deliver exceptional customer experiences and guide families through one of the most important decisions they will ever make.
Our uncapped bonus scheme rewards successful private admissions, giving high-performing Home Admissions Advisors the opportunity to earn £50,000–£65,000+, with exceptional performers able to earn even more.
About the Role
As Home Admissions Advisor, you will be responsible for welcoming prospective residents and their families from their very first enquiry through to admission and beyond.
You’ll ensure every interaction reflects the exceptional standards of Hampton Care while maximising occupancy through outstanding customer service, proactive sales and professional follow-up.
This is a highly autonomous role where you’ll take ownership of the home’s enquiry pipeline, ensuring every prospective resident receives timely, professional follow-up and that no opportunity is ever overlooked.
Your Responsibilities
Manage enquiries
Build relationships
Coordinate the admissions journey
- Sales Pipeline Management
Take ownership of the home’s enquiry pipeline to ensure every enquiry has a planned next action
Produce regular sales pipeline reports, conversion reports and occupancy forecasts
Analysis
Be the first impression of Hampton Care
Work with colleagues across the home to ensure the home is always presented to the highest possible standard
Build relationships with local referral partners
Monitor local care market
About You
If you already have experience in care home admissions, we’d love to hear from you too. Equally, if you’ve built a successful career in luxury hospitality, premium housebuilding, private healthcare, retirement living, prestige automotive, high-end estate agency, luxury retail or another premium customer-facing sales environment, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
You’ll ideally have:
· A proven background in consultative sales.
· A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Confidence presenting to individuals and families.
· Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
· Excellent IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
· A proactive, self-motivated and resilient approach.
· Exceptional personal presentation and professionalism.
· Outstanding attention to detail.
· The ability to build trust quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
· The confidence to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team.
Most importantly, you’ll genuinely care about helping individuals and families make the right decision at what can often be a difficult and emotional time
What We Offer
· Competitive salary of £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience.
· Uncapped performance bonus of £500 for every successful private admission after three months of private fees have been received.
· Realistic on-target earnings of £50,000–£65,000+, with exceptional performers able to earn more.
