Full job description

As a small team working across multiple displicianries, from Herbal tea to Pharmaceuticals and Property Management, we are looking for a forward thinking, flexible individual who is willing to learn the ropes and grow with the business.

Key responsibilities;

Support Senior Management with day-to-day work and manage diary
Working with senior management become familiar with various parts of the company such as: marketing, sales, finance, logistics etc.
Manage stock levels, monitor inventory and help ensure sufficient product availability to avoid disruption to customers.
General office administration
Dealing with customer correspondence, complaints and queries.
Sending out invoices.
Taking payment via cash & card.
Stock management.
Chasing payments for overdue accounts.
Organising meetings and managing databases.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office.
Manage online and paper filing systems.
Organise the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment.
Maintain the condition of the office and arrange for necessary repairs.

Skills & Experience;

Ideally a University degree
Knowledge of office administration procedures.
Managing multiple and changing priorities at once.
Diary Management.
Good computer skills including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.
Managing administrative processes.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to multi-task.
String communication skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Level of discretion and judgment.
Ability to work on own initiative.
To be trusted with confidential information.
Accurate data entry.
Able to work to deadlines in a pressured environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
