Join Our Growing Commercial Construction Team

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finishing Gang to work on a variety of commercial and industrial construction projects. We have an ongoing pipeline of work and are looking for reliable, skilled operatives who can consistently deliver high-quality concrete finishing to programme and specification.

Roles Required

We are interested in hearing from established gangs consisting of:

Concrete Finishers
Screeders
Groundworkers with finishing experience
Skilled Labourers supporting finishing operations

Key Responsibilities

Power floating and hand-finishing concrete slabs.
Laying, levelling, and finishing concrete to specified tolerances.
Finishing slabs, yards, hard standings, foundations, and other commercial concrete works.
Installing and finishing concrete floors and external surfaces.
Working from drawings and site instructions.
Ensuring excellent quality and finish standards.
Adhering to site health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in commercial concrete finishing.
Ability to achieve high-quality surface finishes.
CSCS cards for all operatives.
Own tools and PPE.
Ability to work efficiently to programme deadlines.
Reliable transport and willingness to travel where required.
CPCS/NPORS plant tickets advantageous but not essential.
