We’re looking for a Producer to take full ownership of complex, high-value event projects—shaping them from initial concept through to outstanding, flawless execution.
Based full-time in our Leeds office, you’ll sit at the very centre of your assigned projects. From building strong client relationships and steering creative direction through to hands-on delivery, you’ll drive work forward while helping us develop bold ideas and win new business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Taking full ownership of large-scale event projects from concept to completion
- Leading the creation of compelling pitches, proposals, and standout creative concepts
- Collaborating across creative, digital, and technical teams to bring ideas to life
- Managing budgets, resources, and delivery strategies with confidence and control
- Leading on-site delivery and ensuring exceptional quality at every stage
- Spotting and unlocking opportunities to grow client accounts
