The Role
This is a unique and varied role combining coaching, sales, management and operations.
You'll remain hands-on with members whilst also helping oversee the day-to-day success of the gym.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting and managing our coaching team
- Conducting phone-call and in-person consultations and helping new members get started
- Coaching members yourself by delivering outstanding Shared Personal Training sessions (max 5 members to 1 coach)
- Managing member journeys, reviews and retention
- Managing rotas, the facility and day-to-day operations
- Maintaining exceptional standards across the gym
- Helping drive continued growth and success
This is a role where your contribution genuinely matters.
You won't just manage the business from a distance. You'll work directly with members whilst helping shape their entire experience - from their first enquiry, through to their coaching journey and long-term success.
You'll see first-hand the impact your leadership, management, coaching and decisions have on both the team and the members we serve.
Who We're Looking For
