Inside Sales Account Manager

At Sharp UK, we're looking for driven sales professionals who want to build a long-term career in technology sales.

Whether you're currently working in a contact centre, telesales, customer service sales, retention, energy sales, insurance or another fast-paced sales environment, we'll give you the platform, training and support to develop into a successful Account Manager.

This isn't a role where you'll spend every day reading from a script.

Instead, you'll learn how to build customer relationships, uncover opportunities, provide consultative advice and manage your own portfolio of business customers using Sharp's market-leading technology solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll be responsible for developing relationships with both existing and prospective customers across our technology portfolio. You'll work as part of a collaborative sales team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and commercial growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing a portfolio of customer accounts and building long-term relationships.
Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and introduce additional products and services.
Producing quotations and proposals with speed and accuracy.
Delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring customer retention.
Working towards sales targets and activity-based KPIs.
Using CRM systems and digital sales tools to manage opportunities and forecast performance.
Participating in ongoing sales and product training to continuously develop your skills.
