Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-time Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing within a professional environment. The successful candidate will support various marketing initiatives, assist with project management, and contribute to the development of effective marketing strategies. Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in marketing are essential for this position.

Duties

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print media
Support the creation of marketing materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for B2B marketing initiatives
Manage and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met through effective time management
Collaborate with team members to coordinate events, promotions, and client outreach programmes
Maintain organised records of marketing activities, contacts, and campaign results
Contribute to social media content creation and engagement strategies
Support leadership in analysing campaign performance data using analysis skills and IT tools

Qualifications

Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience or knowledge of project management principles and tools
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data effectively
Competence in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices is desirable
Leadership qualities with a proactive approach to teamwork and initiative-taking
Good understanding of IT systems relevant to marketing activities
Time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Previous experience or interest in marketing is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates

Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per week
