WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME E-COMMERCE ADMIN ASSISTANT

We’re looking for a reliable and organised person to join our team

Location: BradfordHours: Part-time – hours/days to be agreedRole: E-commerce Admin Assistant

Your day-to-day duties will include:

Responding to customer emails and enquiries
Processing customer returns and refunds
Checking returned items and updating orders
Putting returned stock back onto the correct shelves
Printing shipping labels and order paperwork
General Shopify/order administration
Helping keep the stock and workspace organised
Assisting with other day-to-day e-commerce tasks when required

What we’re looking for:

Confident using a computer and email
Good written English
Organised and able to work independently
Reliable and punctual
Good attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with customers professionally
Previous e-commerce, Shopify, customer service or admin experience would be useful, but isn’t essential

This is a hands-on role, so it isn’t purely sitting at a desk. You’ll be dealing with emails and orders as well as physically processing returns and putting stock back into its correct location.

Training will be provided on our systems and processes.
