At Hain Celestial UK, you'll play a key role in helping us manage our customer accounts across a portfolio of some of the UK's most loved food brands, including Hartley's, Linda McCartney's, Yorkshire Provender, Cully & Sully, Sun-Pat, and many more.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative Finance team where your work will have a direct impact on cash collection, customer relationships and business performance.
What you'll be doing
As a Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts across our UK trading divisions, ensuring outstanding debts are collected efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the reconciliation, administration and collection of customer accounts across multiple trading divisions.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve account queries and ensure timely payment.
- Collecting overdue invoices while maintaining a customer-focused approach that protects long-term business relationships.
- Monitoring customer credit limits, reviewing account exposure and escalating or recommending changes where appropriate.
- Managing held orders and proactively reducing financial risk.
