Location

The roles will be based in Unite’s Leeds office in the North East, Yorkshire & Humber Region

Reports to

Senior Regional Administrator

Salary

Grade 4 – £34,203 per annum full time [pro rata £22,634 : 22.5 hours] and [pro rata £21,628 : 21.5 hours

(Rising to £36,595 per annum full time [pro rata £24,217 : 22.5 hours] and [pro rata £23,141 : 21.5 hours after 12 months in post)

Working Pattern

Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 1.00 pm and

Monday to Thursday 1.00 pm to 5.30 pm, Friday 4.30 pm

36 days per calendar year (pro-rata) plus public holidays

The purpose of the role is to act as an ambassador for Unite by creating a highly favourable first impression and on-going positive experience for members, visitors and callers. To ensure a warm welcome is extended to everyone, to provide a service to and advise visitors to the main reception area, respond to and assist those making incoming telephone calls and manage the bookings of internal and external meeting facilities.
