Retail & Events Assistant – Chelmsford – Immediate Start Available | Full-Time | On-Site | Monday to Friday with Optional Weekend Events

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and looking for a varied role where no two days are the same? Do you enjoy working with people, representing brands, and being part of exciting retail and event campaigns? If so, we'd love to hear from you.

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail & Events Assistant to join our growing team in Chelmsford. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across both retail sales and event-based marketing while developing valuable customer service, communication, and business skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences
Assisting with retail sales activities and customer acquisitions
Representing brands at promotional events, pop-up campaigns, and live activations
Engaging with customers and building strong relationships
Supporting event setup, coordination, and execution
Demonstrating products and services to prospective customers
Assisting with campaign promotions and brand awareness initiatives
Working closely with team members to achieve sales and event objectives
