The Role

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Assistant to support our marketing and digital growth initiatives. You’ll play a key role in helping us build brand awareness, grow our online presence, and deliver engaging content that resonates with our customers.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print and retail channels.
Create and curate engaging content for social media, email, and website, aligned with brand tone and campaign goals.
Confidence using AI tools and content generators, with a willingness to experiment with emerging platforms to create high-quality written, visual and video content.
Manage and monitor social media platforms, engaging with followers and supporting influencer collaborations.
Assist in producing and proofreading marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, blogs and promotional content.
Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and on brand.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform campaign strategy and identify opportunities.
Track and report on marketing performance metrics.
Support wider marketing projects and administrative tasks as required.

What You’ll Bring

A genuine interest in marketing and social media, with an eye for creativity and storytelling.
Experience using social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Experience using generative AI tools for marketing content, particularly AI imagery and video generation.
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.

Desirable Skills

A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Product photography or videography experience.
Basic understanding of SEO principles.
Familiarity with CMS and CRM tools.
