Full job description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Assistant Spa Manager to join our vibrant wellness team! In this role, you will support the overall operation of the spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading a dedicated team of professionals. Your leadership will drive sales, maintain high standards of service, and foster a welcoming environment that promotes relaxation and rejuvenation. Duties

Assist the Spa Manager in overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management
Lead and supervise a team of therapists and front desk staff to ensure top-quality service delivery
Promote a positive team environment through effective communication, motivation, and leadership
Manage retail sales by merchandising products effectively and encouraging guest purchases
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times
Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy
Support sales initiatives by developing promotional strategies and upselling treatments or products
Maintain organized administrative records including appointment schedules, staff logs, and inventory reports

Experience

Proven management experience in a spa, wellness center, or retail environment with supervisory responsibilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse clientele
Demonstrated success in sales management and retail merchandising within a service-oriented setting
Prior experience in customer service with exceptional phone etiquette and organizational skills
Background in retail or hospitality management preferred; familiarity with scheduling software is advantageous
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and time management skills
