Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities at Cherries at Abbey Farm

We’re looking for friendly, hardworking, and enthusiastic people to join our wonderful Front of House team at Cherries at Abbey Farm for the season ahead.

Cherries is a small, independent, award-winning café set in beautiful countryside surroundings in Abbotsbury. We’re a busy and welcoming venue where no two days are ever the same. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere for both our customers and our team, making it a genuinely lovely place to work with a supportive environment and a great team around you.

Providing a personal experience for our customers is incredibly important to us — we love getting to know the people who visit us, and we never want anyone to feel like “just another customer.”

What the role involves:

Making coffees, drinks and other refreshments
Serving food and providing excellent customer service
Supporting with cleaning and keeping the café looking its best
Taking an equal share of all cleaning duties in the café and the kitchen
Working closely with the kitchen team during busy services
Helping create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests
Supporting with occasional evening events throughout the season

What we’re looking for:

A positive and friendly attitude
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team
Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Someone who can reliably commute to Abbotsbury for shifts
Experience is helpful but not essential

Our Front of House Manager will provide full support and training, so this is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in hospitality or join a lovely workplace with a strong team spirit.
