Overview

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Night Shift CNC Miller and become a vital part of precision machining operations. In this role, you will operate computer-controlled milling machines to produce high-quality components with accuracy and efficiency. Your expertise will help ensure that complex parts are machined to exact specifications, supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals eager to work during night hours and contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling machines according to detailed technical drawings and specifications.
Interpret CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files and Mastercam models to program machining operations.
Adjust machine parameters, tools, and fixtures to optimize performance and precision.
Perform routine inspections using hand tools, measuring devices, and basic math skills to verify dimensions and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper handling of power tools.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in milling.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and CAD software such as Mastercam or similar programs.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and adjustments during machining.
Familiarity with CNC programming fundamentals and troubleshooting machine issues.
Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to maintaining quality standards.
