Job Title: Housekeeper / Cleaner (Pub & B&B Rooms)
Location: The Foresters Arms Tarporley
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (depending on experience)
Hours: Ideally Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. We are flexible and open to discussing working patterns. Applications from individuals seeking some of the days only are welcome, as we are happy for two applicants to share the hours if preferred.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper/Cleaner to join our friendly team at our traditional pub with B&B accommodation.
The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the pub and ensuring our guest rooms are cleaned, refreshed, and prepared to a welcoming standard for arriving guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining all public areas of the pub
- Cleaning toilets and staff areas
- Making beds and remaking guest rooms to a high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and general housekeeping duties
- Replenishing room amenities and supplies as required
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damages
- Helping to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and guests

- A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable but not essential
- Friendly and professional attitude
