Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Digital Marketing & Project Manager to lead our online marketing initiatives and coordinate various projects that drive brand growth. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across platforms including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising campaigns.
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
Oversee website content updates using WordPress, ensuring accuracy and SEO best practices.
Conduct analysis using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Create compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, email newsletters, and B2B communications.
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives.
Design visual content using Adobe Photoshop for digital campaigns and promotional materials.
Monitor social media channels, engage with audiences, and grow online community presence.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and campaign results to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing management, including SEO, social media management, email marketing, and B2B marketing strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in WordPress, Adobe Photoshop, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft clear and engaging copy.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Organizational skills coupled with effective time management techniques for balancing diverse responsibilities.
Knowledge of B2B marketing practices and experience working in a collaborative team setting is preferred.
