Full job description

Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Reporting to: Marketing Manager

Queensway Advisory provides comprehensive hospitality management and advisory services across a wide range of hospitality assets. Our expertise spans both operational delivery and financial support, enabling us to drive performance.

Queensway Advisory sit within the Queensway Hospitality Group, supporting a growing portfolio of owned and managed sites, while also partnering with a range of external clients.

The Group is currently experiencing an exciting period of growth through the expansion its own portfolio and are looking to strengthen the team to support this journey.

The role:

You’ll be at the heart of our marketing activity, turning ideas and campaigns into eye-catching, commercially driven design work that connects with guests.

From national campaigns to local pub events, you’ll help shape everything our customers see across print, social media, digital content, CRM campaigns, websites, app content and in-venue screens.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll take briefs and transform them into impactful creative work, using strong design thinking, attention to detail, and a consistent, on-brand approach across all channels.

This is a hands-on, varied role where your work will be seen every day by thousands of customers across the estate, with the opportunity to directly influence how our brands evolve and grow.

Responsibilities:

· Design engaging print and digital assets for national campaigns and local marketing activity.

· Produce POS materials including posters, menus, table talkers, signage and promotional collateral.

· Create digital content for social media, websites, CRM, app and in-venue screens.

· Adapt and version artwork across multiple sites and pricing tiers.

· Support pub events, seasonal campaigns and hotel marketing activity.

· Support the development and evolution of brand identity across multiple channels

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual concepts

· Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Prepare artwork for print production and coordinate with external suppliers.

· Ensuring a full awareness of the allocated budget and deadline delivery expectations

· Contribute creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessions

· Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and multimedia best practices

· Provide ad hoc creative support to the wider marketing team as required

Key objective:

To be responsible for the creation and delivery of engaging, on-brand marketing collateral across print and digital channels, supporting the commercial objectives of the business by driving footfall, guest engagement and sales across a growing portfolio of pubs and hotels. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping brand perception, executing campaigns and ensuring all customer-facing communications are creative, consistent and impactful.

Skills, competencies, and experience:

Essential

· 3+ years' graphic design experience.

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

· Experience producing both print and digital assets.

· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment

· Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.

Desirable

· Experience within hospitality, leisure or retail.

· Motion graphics or video editing skills.

· Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.

· Experience preparing artwork for print production.

· Photography & videography experience
