Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Co-ordinator to become a pivotal member of our team, responsible for overseeing maintenance operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our routine and reactive maintenance.

Duties

Deal with day-to-day telephone and email enquiries from clients, in a timely and professional manner
To liaise with clients as required ensuring a quality service is delivered and a high level of customer satisfaction achieved.
Promote an efficient and professional image to all customers, always maintenance a high standard of customer service.
Daily allocation of workload to engineers on our system.
Review and monitor progress of works and book in further works.
To ensure parts are ordered and arranged ahead of time to ensure smooth running of service dleivery and prevent recall access rate.
Ensure adequate and clear job notes and instructions are provided.
Effective diary management and utilisation.
Prioritise and allocate emergency works within timescale.
Eaching KPI's in line with business contractor.
To build and maintain a professional working relationship with those inside and outside of the business.
Other duties as required to meet the needs of the company.

Experience

Proven supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities environment
Strong leadership skills
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

This role is integral to maintaining operational excellence within our organisation We welcome applications from candidates who are committed to safety, efficiency and continuous improvement.

Pay: From £13.00 per hour
