Hampton by Hilton Newcastle is recruiting a part time Hotel Reception / Guest Service Assistant.

The perfect candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, ideally having worked in a hotel, bar or restaurant.

Hours: 24 hours per week (mix of 8hr and 12hr shifts)

Shifts: 2 or 3 shifts per week (plus overtime opportunities)

Salary: £13.00 per hour

We want a confident communicator who brings personality and shine to our team.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

Working across all departments of the hotel including reception, bar & kitchen.
Checking guests in/out.
Managing bills & payments.
Helping guests & creating positive experiences.
Prepare and serve food from a limited simple menu.
Serving alcohol, soft drinks, hot drinks & snacks.
Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely.
