Monday to Friday and is office based.

We are looking for a collaborative, curious and motivated Project Manager with an interest in improving how clinical research trials are delivered and supporting innovation in respiratory care. The Project manager will support the delivery of clinical research by managing study records, handling clinical and administrative data and ensuring data is accurate and maintained in line with ALCOA + principles. This will include tasks such as audits, trend analysis and supporting improvements to digital processes.

The Respiratory Research Team (COPD) carries out high-quality research that is helping to improve care for people with COPD and a rare genetic disorder Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency.
Main purpose:

Research Delivery and data support: Provide administrative and data management support across clinical research studies, including data entry, document management and query handling.
Continuous improvement: Ensure study documentation is accurate, complete and compliant with MHRA requirements, guaranteeing inspection readiness. Help the team identify ways to improve digital systems and working processes.

What you’ll bring:

Adaptability and experience of working on multiple projects at once
Good administrative and organisational skills
Ability to spot patterns, risks, areas for improvement in data or processes
Understanding of project management principles
A motivated approach to improving healthcare and research delivery.

Reduce administrative burden for clinical staff by streamlining processes, helping improve project efficiency and supporting the use of digital tools.
Support the growth of COPD and Alpha-1 research by improving project delivery capacity
