Full job description

Overview

24hr a week (mainly Fri/Sat/Sun) ( overtime available)
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Supervisor to join our team. Based at the Old bristolians sports club, you'll oversee the kitchen and bar staff, prepare & serve food on match days or help on the bar

Offering a relaxed and fun environment, while delivering great levels of hospitality this role may suit someone looking for their first bar role or someone looking for a role within a sports facility

Responsibilities

Oversee all areas of club including food and beverage, health & safety, and key holding
Ensure compliance with UK health & safety, food hygiene, licensing, and employment laws.
Monitor stock levels, and support Directors in ordering supplies as needed and ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Controlling bookings and ensure Staff are rota's for needs of business
Ensuring team matches are catered for and over see food service for teams including food preparation and cooking when required

Experience

Previous Kitchen experience is essential and bar desirable but not essential
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service delivery.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders accurately.

Pay: £13.50 per hour
