Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all linens & towels are cleaned, pressed, and presented to the highest standards. This role is crucial in maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of our airbnbs contributing to exceptional guest experience. Now opening the doors to external customers, ensuring that external businesses are receiving a professional laundry service.
Duties
- Operate washing machines and dryers efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron linens according to established procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the laundry area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Handle guest laundry requests promptly and professionally, ensuring timely delivery.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
