About the Service

Beech Avenue is a small residential home supporting five women with complex needs and learning disabilities.

We are a friendly, dedicated team committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support.

About the People We Support

Five women live at the service.
Each person has different support needs, abilities, and interests.
Three people use wheelchairs.
One person is registered blind.
All have health conditions associated with their learning disabilities.
Some people have limited verbal communication and use alternative ways to communicate.

About the Role

Support people to live as independently as possible.
Encourage choice, dignity, and inclusion.
Assist with personal care, moving and handling, and daily living tasks.
Support individuals to access the community and take part in activities they enjoy.
Build positive, trusting relationships with the people you support.

What We're Looking For

A caring, patient, and compassionate approach.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience supporting people with limited verbal communication is desirable but not essential.
A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care.

Training and Support

Comprehensive induction programme.
Ongoing training to meet the needs of the people we support.
A supportive and experienced team to help you develop in your role.
Opportunities to learn specialist skills and build your career.

Female Only role / £13.45 per hour / 37.5 hours per week

A full UK Manual driving licence is preferred for this role.
