The Opportunity
What you’ll do:
Sourcing, screening and qualifying candidates within the Building Control Surveyors/RBI's space.
Headhunt passive candidates using market mapping, database intelligence, and targeted outreach.
Use Recruiter, Lusha, and Matchtech’s database to identify, engage, and “open up” candidates through consultative conversations.
Ensuring SLAs are met, including same‑day note submission and 24‑hour CV feedback.
Building strong relationships with candidates to ensure reliability and minimise dropouts.
Develop your desk through spec recruitment, candidate-led business development, and trusted advisory relationships.
This is a quality-led, relationship-driven market where success is built through strategic headhunting, strong candidate engagement, and intelligent client qualification - not high-volume CV sending.
What you’ll bring:
Highly resilient, with the drive to succeed and overcome setbacks
Confident on the phone and able to engage quickly with candidates

Comfortable working under pressure and in a target‑driven setting
