We are a small, growing team based in Waterlooville, managing few care homes, home care services, and an online care platform. We are looking for a capable and highly organised office administrator/PA who can take ownership of day-to-day office operations and provide practical support to our managers and company director.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company director and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage purchases, budgets and payroll
- Manage rental accommodations and holiday bookings
- Coordinate meetings and ensure the director is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Assist in managing communication within the healthcare facilities and with external partners.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office management tasks as needed.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field is a plus.
- Able to drive and willing to do site visits if necessary
