A fast paced but enjoyable environment, we are looking to recruit a new member of our team to help us continue delivering the quality and professional services we offer to our clients and customers.
Responsibilities
This role will be varied on a day-to-day basis depending on the needs of the Business. The role will include everything from sales negotiations, receiving and making calls, keeping customers up to date with the marketing of their property, potentially showing clients around properties and pipeline sales progression.
Working hours are; Monday – Friday 9am – 5.00pm. There will also be a need to work alternative Saturdays (9am-1pm) but the successful applicant will receive a day off in lieu.
Requirements
Essential
· Great attention to detail
· Well organised
· Experience in delivering high levels of customer service
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in using Alto Software & Microsoft Office applications
· Driven to win business at all levels
· Positive attitude and enthusiasm
· Ability to adapt depending on the clients’ and customers’ needs
· A clean, valid UK driving licence
· Experience in an estate agency environment and the property market
· Familiar with the laws surrounding Anti Money Laundering
