Job Overview

We are seeking a high energy, motivated Junior Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative and communication skills to develop their career within a successful wholesale company. The successful candidate will support sales operations, assist with customer relations, and contribute to the overall efficiency of the sales department. A background in sales administration, proficient computer literacy, and excellent organisational skills are desirable for this role.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing customer accounts using CRM software to track sales activities and client interactions
Raise online orders and deal with incoming leads through phone, email and website.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to enquiries via email or phone
Support the sales team with general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document management

Experience

Previous administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
Experience with CRM software such as Unleashed or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Good IT skills and computer literacy are essential for success in this role
Ability to work well within a team environment and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Good phone manner and confident speaking to people from all different backgrounds.
