As our marketing team scales its channel investment and ambition, we need a sharp analytics and operations professional to help us measure what matters, build the audiences that power our campaigns, and drive a rigorous test-and-learn culture.
Reporting to the Director, Performance Marketing, you’ll be the operational backbone of the channel marketing team, owning the dashboards and reporting frameworks that channel leads rely on every day, building precision audience segments in our Hightouch CDP for deployment across email, paid media, push and in-app channels, and partnering with the Director on a structured experimentation and testing programme that makes every campaign smarter than the last.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on turning complex data into clear insight and actionable audiences. You’ll work closely with channel marketing leads, data engineers and finance partners to ensure the marketing team is always measuring, activating and optimising with confidence. You’ll work at the intersection of data, channels and experimentation — with direct influence over how we grow and retain 14 million drivers. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Channel Marketing Reporting

Build, own and iterate on dashboards and performance reports for all marketing channels: email, paid search, paid social, app push, in-app and organic, giving channel leads the visibility they need to optimize in real time.

Work directly and closely with channel marketing leads to understand their reporting needs and translate them into clear, accessible dashboards built in Tableau.

Define and maintain JustPark’s core channel marketing KPIs, ensuring consistency across teams and alignment with company-level acquisition, retention and CLTV targets.

Deliver weekly, monthly and ad hoc performance summaries to the Director, Performance Marketing and wider marketing leadership team.

Own paid media budget tracking, enabling accurate ROAS, CAC and cost-per-engagement reporting across all paid channels.

Partner with BI and Engineering teams to ensure tracking is robust, marketing tools are correctly instrumented, and data pipelines support accurate measurement.
Audience Segmentation & Hightouch CDP Activation

Own the end-to-end process for building and managing marketing audiences in Hightouch, from defining segment logic to syncing audiences to activation platforms including Meta, Google and other CRM and paid channels.

Partner with channel marketing leads to translate campaign briefs into precise, actionable audience builds, ensuring the right customers are targeted with the right message at the right time.

Maintain and continuously improve a library of reusable audience segments including; lifecycle stage, behavioral, product-based, lookalike and suppression lists, enabling fast, reliable campaign activation.

Establish documentation and governance for audience definitions to ensure consistency, compliance (GDPR) and discoverability across teams.

Partner with the Data team to maintain clean, reliable data flows between the data warehouse, Hightouch and downstream activation platforms, proactively identifying and resolving data quality issues.

Collaborate with CRM and paid media leads to align audience frameworks across channels, reducing duplication and ensuring a coherent customer experience across touchpoints.
Experimentation & Testing Program

Partner with the Director, Growth & Performance Marketing to design, build and maintain a structured experimentation and testing roadmap across all marketing channels.

Design A/B and multivariate tests across content, audience, timing and channel variables — writing clear test briefs, defining success metrics and ensuring tests are set up for clean, interpretable readouts.

Build reporting and analysis frameworks that translate test results into clear, actionable recommendations for channel leads and leadership.
-
Track and document experiment outcomes, maintaining a learnings library that informs future campaign strategy and channel investment decisions.
-
Support incrementality testing and interpretation of Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) outputs to inform channel mix decisions.
-
Drive a test-and-learn culture across the channel marketing team, helping colleagues understand what to test, how to test it, and how to act on results.
Cross-Functional Partnership & Data Operations
-
Act as the primary analytics partner for channel marketing leads, translating data into insight and supporting their decision-making with timely, accurate analysis.

Work closely with Finance to support budget management, forecasting and scenario planning based on changes in marketing spend and seasonality.

Partner with the Data & Engineering team to prioritise and build the data infrastructure that powers marketing analytics, audience activation and experimentation.

Consolidate data from multiple marketing platforms (GA4, Appsflyer, Google Ads, Meta, Iterable, Amplitude) into a single source of truth.

Contribute to company-level performance reporting, bringing marketing insight into the broader business narrative shared with senior leadership.
Requirements
Experience & Background
-
5–7 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations or a closely related discipline, with a track record of building reporting and audience infrastructure in fast-paced environments.

Manager or Senior Manager-level experience, with the confidence to own a workstream independently and partner effectively with senior channel leads and stakeholders.
-
Proven experience working directly with channel marketing teams — ideally across paid media, CRM and app channels — as a hands-on analytics partner.

Experience in a marketplace, platform or consumer app business is a strong advantage.
Channel & Technical Expertise
-
Advanced SQL skills, with experience working in BigQuery or a comparable modern data warehouse environment.

Hands-on experience with a CDP or reverse ETL tool — Hightouch experience strongly preferred.
-
Proficiency in data visualisation tools; Tableau, Looker or equivalent.
-
Familiarity with key marketing platforms: GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Appsflyer, Braze or Iterable, DV360.
-
Working knowledge of Python or R is desirable but not essential.

Strong understanding of marketing tracking, attribution and measurement concepts, including MMP-based attribution and incrementality testing methodologies.

Comfortable with GDPR requirements and data governance best practice.
Testing, Analytics & Reporting

Proven experience designing and analysing A/B tests, with a clear understanding of statistical significance, sample sizing and test design principles.

Experience interpreting incrementality test results and MMM outputs to inform channel mix decisions.

Comfortable building experimentation frameworks from scratch and educating non-technical stakeholders on test design and results.

Data-literate and comfortable interpreting performance data to draw insights and recommendations.
