Headlam, Europe’s largest floor covering distributor, has an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join its Crucial Trading team covering the Midlands, North Wales and parts of Cheshire and Lancashire. In this role, you will:

Build relationships with circa 200 customers across a geographical area.
You will launch our new ranges into retailers and specifiers alike, by creating and delivering a market-leading presentation on a wide range of product.
Educate customers on the benefits of the B2B websites, to enable them to self-serve 24 hours a day.
You will ultimately be responsible for maximising profitable sales of circa £2 million, within your allocated area.
You will achieve this by maintaining and growing revenue streams from existing customer and securing new business opportunities.

If you have a passion for sales through service and a proven ability to drive excellent results, we would love to hear from you. To apply for this Area Sales Manager role, you will need:

Previous sales experience, with a history of working to and exceeding targets.
A full driving license with no more than 6 points.
The ability to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
Previous experience within the flooring industry would also be advantageous.
