Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Estate Agency Administrator to join our Team.
Based in our office in Wick, the ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients navigate the property market. This role requires excellent communication skills and strong organisational ability to manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting clients in buying and selling properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process
- Conducting property viewings, showcasing properties to potential buyers
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Preparing and presenting property listings using various marketing strategies to attract potential buyers
- Staying informed about local market trends, property values and developments to provide accurate information to clients
- Handling administrative tasks related to property transactions, including preparing contracts, managing documentation, arranging viewings, and pre-sale valuation appointments
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred but not essential for motivated candidates willing to learn
- Strong communication and people skills are essential for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively
- Excellent organisational skills are required to manage multiple listings and client needs simultaneously
- Administrative experience is required for handling paperwork and maintaining records accurately
- An ability to work under pressure and balance a varied workload is required

This is a full-time, permanent role. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We do, however, require the successful candidate to be flexible outwith these hours to accommodate client viewing requirements.
You also need to hold a current driving licence, with access to your own vehicle for use.
Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
