Following significant investment in our own software platform, NuvolaPOS, and our integrated payments solution, NuvolaPAY, we are entering an exciting period of growth and are looking for an ambitious commercial leader to help take the business to the next level.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing who can develop and execute a commercial strategy that accelerates growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing our internal and external sales teams, driving marketing activity, developing new revenue opportunities and creating a high-performance sales culture.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a key role in shaping the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop our internal and external sales teams.
Recruit, coach and mentor high-performing sales professionals.
Create and implement ambitious sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns that generate high-quality leads.
Manage the company's brand, digital presence and customer engagement.
Build accurate sales forecasts, KPIs and performance dashboards.
Improve sales processes, CRM utilisation and pipeline management.
Work closely with product development to support new product launches.
Increase adoption of NuvolaPOS and NuvolaPAY across new and existing customers.
Identify opportunities to increase recurring revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
Report regularly to the Board on commercial performance and strategic initiatives.

About You

You'll be an energetic, commercially minded leader with a proven track record of delivering measurable sales growth.

You'll enjoy building teams, motivating people and creating an environment where success is expected and celebrated.

You won't be afraid to challenge the status quo or roll your sleeves up when needed.

Essential Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales leadership or commercial management role.
Proven success growing sales and increasing revenue.
Experience building and managing successful sales teams.
Strong background in B2B sales.
Experience creating and delivering successful marketing strategies.
Excellent coaching, leadership and people management skills.
Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.

Desirable Experience

SaaS or subscription software.
Hospitality technology.
EPOS systems.
Integrated payments or fintech.
Multi-site retail or hospitality.
Digital marketing, SEO, PPC and social media.
AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot or similar to improve sales productivity, marketing effectiveness and business performance.
