Studio Assistant Creative Intern – Places+Faces

Location: Studio-based
Type: Internship (with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility)

About the Brand

Places+Faces is a globally recognised streetwear brand and creative platform with deep roots in fashion, music, photography, and culture. We're looking for a motivated and organised Studio Assistant Intern to support the day-to-day running of our studio and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Packing, processing, and dispatching online orders
Managing incoming deliveries, stock intake, and inventory control
Organising and maintaining studio inventory and stock levels
Creating graphic design assets, including newsletters, promotional emails, digital advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing flyers
Supporting the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and promotional content
Assisting with general studio administration and day-to-day operations
Assisting with the planning, setup, and execution of events
Providing support during brand activations, pop-ups, product launches, and productions
Assisting with content shoots, creative production, and behind-the-scenes logistics
Maintaining an organised, efficient, and presentable studio environment

Essential Skills

Graphic Design
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and Indesign

Bonus Skills (Not Essential)

Experience or interest in any of the following areas is highly valued:

Fashion and apparel
Social media and content creation
Event production and experiential marketing
Photography and videography

Job Type: Part-Time Internship (8-12 weeks)

Hours: 8–24 hours per week (1–3 shifts per week).

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Schedule: Flexible based on business needs and candidate availability, with the opportunity for the role to develop into a longer-term position for the right candidate.

Compensation: Travel & lunch provided.

This internship is for a highly motivated and creative individual looking to gain real-world experience within an established streetwear brand. You'll work across design, marketing, events, and operations while developing valuable industry skills. Exceptional candidates will have the opportunity to join our core team as the brand continues to grow.
