The Opportunity
We are looking for a Junior Systems Engineer to join our team in Swindon.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in technology or develop existing IT skills in a professional environment. No previous industry experience is required, as full training will be provided by our experienced UK team.

You'll receive training from both our UK team and our German head office, giving you exposure to an internationally recognised software platform and helping you develop skills that will benefit you throughout your career.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup, configuration and support of ZEUS software solutions
- Provide customer support via telephone, email and remote support tools
- Troubleshoot software and system-related issues
- Assist customers with day-to-day software queries
- Work alongside experienced consultants and engineers on customer projects
- Support software implementation and customer onboarding activities
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately
- Build technical knowledge of the ZEUS platform and associated technologies
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships

No previous industry experience is required. Full training will be provided.

What We Offer
- Starting salary of £25,000 per year
- 28 days holiday including bank holidays
- Holiday entitlement increases to 30 days including bank holidays after successful completion of probation

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 3:00pm
