We are currently seeking experienced, SIA-licensed Door Supervisors to join our expanding team for a variety of venues in Great Yarmouth, Gorleston, and Lowestoft.
Main Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property
Control access to venues and manage queues effectively
Conduct ID checks and enforce entry policies
De-escalate and manage conflict situations professionally
Provide a visible and approachable security presence
Liaise with venue management and emergency services when required
Record incidents accurately and complete relevant reports
Requirements:
✅ Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential) DBS, EFAW
✅ Excellent communication and conflict management skills
✅ Professional appearance and attitude
✅ Reliability and punctuality
✅ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and late nights
✅ Previous door supervision or event security experience (preferred)
