Full job description

Trainee Duty Manager/Duty Managers required for a 4-star Country House Hotel. Experience is essential. Immediate start for the right candidate. Must have own transport due to location.

The role will include WEEKENDS and EVENING SHIFTS

This is a full time position - 45 hours per week

Responsibilities and Duties:

Assist with the opening and closing of the Hotel
Welcome our guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine enthusiasm.
Help create a relaxed, attentive and memorable dining experience.
Be present on the floor and make time to speak with guests, understand their needs and ensure they are enjoying their experience.
Take pride in knowing our food and drinks offering and confidently sharing your knowledge with guests.
Deal with feedback or concerns in a calm, caring and professional manner.
Remember that the small details often make the biggest difference.
Help coordinate the front-of-house team throughout service.
Work closely with the kitchen and wider team to ensure excellent communication

Final Job title depends on the level of experience and interview process.
