The agency specialises in helping ecommerce businesses scale through performance-led paid media campaigns, managing significant advertising budgets across Meta and Google for a range of ambitious consumer brands. Due to continued growth and client demand, they are now looking for an experienced media buying leader to help shape the next phase of the agency’s journey.

The Role
As Head of Media Buying, you will lead the paid media function across the agency, overseeing strategy, performance and delivery across a range of DTC and ecommerce accounts.
You will work closely with founders, clients and internal teams to scale campaigns, improve ROAS and drive measurable growth through platforms including Meta Ads and Google Ads.
This role will also involve mentoring and growing a team of Paid Media specialists while helping to refine processes, reporting and overall media buying strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the agency’s paid media and media buying offering
- Oversee high-spend Meta and Google advertising campaigns across DTC and ecommerce brands
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and ROAS performance for clients
- Manage and mentor a growing Paid Media team
- Build strong strategic relationships with clients and senior stakeholders
- Implement testing, optimisation and attribution frameworks
- Analyse campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative and ecommerce teams to maximise campaign performance
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes and new growth opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience within a senior Paid Media or Media Buying leadership role
- Strong agency-side experience working with DTC or ecommerce brands
- Expert knowledge across Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, LTV and attribution
- Commercially minded with strong client communication skills
- Experience mentoring and developing teams
- Data-driven, strategic and highly performance focused
