Full job description

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A HOME WORKING ROLE.

We are an established, boutique telephone answering and customer service provider based in Standish, Wigan. We provide reception/customer service/admin services for businesses throughout the UK.

We are currently looking for part time team members to work either 2, 3 or 4 days per week. Shifts include 8-430, 9-530 and 1230-9 on a rota including weekends.

We also offer overtime and night shifts on a voluntary basis.

We can also accommodate those requiring weekend and evening shift patters.

We are willing to offer a flexible role for students or other individuals looking for work to fit around their studies/commitments.

We are looking for confident individuals with a great telephone manner . The role will involve reception/telephone answering, customer service and some administrative tasks. Basic IT skills, a good standard of written English and verbal communication skills are essential.

Non call centre environment - please note this is not a home working role.
