Head of Operations

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, enhancing service delivery, and creating a high-performance culture. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business growth, lead transformational change, and ensure our customers receive an outstanding service experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all operational functions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, quality, and efficiency.
Develop and execute operational strategies that support business objectives and sustainable growth.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, performance, and customer outcomes.
Maintain and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Review, develop, and implement policies, processes, and best practices to support operational excellence.
Champion employee engagement, wellbeing, and talent development across the organisation.
Build, coach, and inspire high performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
Manage resources effectively to optimise operational performance and profitability.
Lead change initiatives and business transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and adoption.
Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and board-level colleagues.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging opportunities, and operational innovations.

You are an experienced operational leader with a proven track record of managing large teams and delivering exceptional results. You bring strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance day-to-day operational demands with long-term business objectives.

You will demonstrate:

Salary negotiable dependent upon experience
37.5 Hours Mon-Fri
Hybrid working, after successful completion of the probation period
