A prestigious, high-profile hair restoration clinic with an outstanding reputation is looking for a professional, organised and personable Front of House & Clinic Support Assistant to join our Knutsford clinic.
This is a varied and rewarding role that combines exceptional client care, reception duties, administration, and clinic support. As a key member of the team, you will help create an outstanding client experience while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
You will be the welcoming face of the clinic, supporting clients throughout their journey while assisting with a variety of administrative and operational duties. You will also provide support to the CQC Manager with the coordination of surgical treatment days and patient care pathways.
No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in all aspects of clinic operations.
Key Responsibilities
Front of House & Client Care
- Welcome clients professionally and warmly, creating a five-star first impression.
- Manage incoming telephone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Follow up new enquiries and existing clients.
- Coordinate appointments and diary management.
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure the reception and client areas are always presented to a high standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client journey.
Clinic Support
- Support the CQC Manager with the organisation and coordination of surgical treatment days.
- Assist with patient journeys from consultation through to treatment and aftercare.
- Coordinate patient documentation, consent forms, and treatment preparation.
- Liaise with clinicians, technicians, and management to ensure the smooth running of clinic services.
- Assist with patient communications and aftercare administration.
- Help maintain accurate records and support clinic compliance processes.
- Provide reassurance and support to patients throughout their treatment journey.
Administration & Operations
- Stock management and ordering.
- General administration and office duties.
- Financial and reporting support.
- Problem-solving and assisting with day-to-day clinic operations.
- Supporting multiple areas of the business when required.
- Taking initiative to help ensure the clinic runs efficiently and professionally.

Experience
The following experience would be advantageous but is not essential:
- Reception or front-of-house experience.
- Healthcare, medical, dental, aesthetic, or clinical experience.
- Customer service or patient-facing experience.
- Administrative or office-based experience.
- Sales, recruitment, or client relationship experience.

Working Hours
- Full-time (40 hours per week).
- Flexible rota: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday.
Some flexibility may be required based on clinic needs.
Location
This role is based at our Knutsford Clinic and is fully office-based.

The successful candidate will be required to work from the Manchester clinic, with initial training taking place at the Manchester Clinic. Please note there may be times when the candidate is required to also work at the Harrogate Clinic.
