Duties
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Offer personalised consultations to understand client needs and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills, ensuring repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in hair styling and grooming techniques.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximise client satisfaction and operational flow.
Experience [ but not essential ]
- Proven experience in customer service within a salon or barbering environment is preferred.
- Formal training or certification in hair styling or barbering is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently.

Pay: £24,454.04-£51,039.65 per year
