Overview
We are seeking a Specialist Cleaning Technician to join our team to carry out various cleaning tasks. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering specialist services for our domestic, commercial and industrial customers.
Tasks will include pressure washing ground services, window cleaning and carpet cleaning and general cleaning of external and internal buildings.
You will be part of a growing Leicestershire based cleaning services business that takes pride in how we deliver our services. Full training will be provided for this role.
Duties
- Pressure washing, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, gutter clearing and more.
- Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with QHSE standards.
- Travel to and from sites within the East Midlands Region.
- Maintain a clean and roadworthy vehicle.
- Follow cleaning schedules and instructions.
Requirements
- Experience in commercial cleaning is desirable.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors.
- Physical stamina to handle prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
- UK Full Driving Licence - 0 points.
- A strong work ethic with a keen eye for detail.
Requirements
- £31k Salary per annum
- 40hrs per week
- Any 5 from 7 but usually Mon - Fi Role (Optional overtime available as required)
- 28 days holiday per annum
