Early Years Educator (Level 3 Qualified)

Location: Nursery Rhymes – Knighton, Leicester
⭐ £300 Welcome Bonus (after successful probation)

We’re looking for a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join our award-winning team at Nursery Rhymes – Knighton

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you’ll play a key role in supporting children’s development, learning, and wellbeing within a high-quality environment.

✅ Requirements

Level 3 childcare qualification (e.g. CACHE Level 3 Diploma or equivalent)
Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
Confident communicator with children, parents, and colleagues
A team player with a positive attitude
