Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bar and Waiting Staff member, where your enthusiasm and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this dynamic role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes visitors, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures every guest feels valued and well-cared-for. Your energy and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere, making every shift exciting and rewarding. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
Serve drinks and meals efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed during food preparation, serving, and handling
Assist in basic food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Manage guest inquiries or complaints promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, tables, and service stations to uphold hygiene standards
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and process payments efficiently

Experience

Previous experience working in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Familiarity with serving techniques, food safety protocols, and basic food preparation is advantageous
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a lively environment
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
Kitchen or culinary experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for all necessary skills
