Join multi-award winning Ciceley Commercials as a Service / Parts Advisor and you’ll find you’re working with a team that drives the standard in customer care.

We are looking for a hardworking, presentable individual with excellent organisation and customer service skills. You must be self-motivated, dedicated and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, both face-to-face and over the phone.
Receive and process customer enquiries, service bookings, and parts orders efficiently.
Book vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
Liaise with customers, fleet management companies, suppliers, and workshop technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Keep customers informed of the progress of vehicle repairs, services, and parts orders.
Assist customers with parts enquiries and provide technical advice where appropriate.
Source parts from external suppliers when items are unavailable in stock.
Accurately prepare customer orders for collection or dispatch, ensuring delivery deadlines are met.
Process repair invoices and raise customer invoices accurately.
Promote Service Contracts, parts offers, and additional products by explaining their benefits and value.
Maintain an organised, tidy, and efficient parts department and service reception area.
Analyse and collate information to provide clear and accurate updates to customers and colleagues.
Support other team members and cover duties during periods of absence.
Ensure administrative records are accurate and up to date while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

Essential Criteria

Previous experience within the motor trade, ideally in a Service Advisor or Parts Advisor role.
Previous parts and/or service administration experience.
Knowledge of Kerridge/Autoline systems (preferred).
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good mechanical and technical knowledge.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to analyse information and communicate it clearly.
Confident using computer systems and standard office software.
Numerate with the ability to process invoices and customer information accurately.
Enthusiastic, professional, and dedicated with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Flexible and willing to support colleagues across different departments when required
