Paralegal - Wills & Probate
Join our Private Client team as a Wills & Probate Paralegal and play a key role in supporting a variety of legal cases from start to finish. You’ll assist solicitors with case preparation, manage documents, liaise with clients, and help ensure smooth legal proceedings.

- Assist with fee-earning activities to a high standard of accuracy and efficiency under the supervision and instruction of the department head.
- Review, organise, and summarise case materials.
- Manage case files, deadlines, and procedural compliance.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and third parties professionally.
- Draft correspondence and manage emails.
- Assist with invoices, financial records, and distribution of funds.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, copying, and document management.
Requirements / Desirables:
- 2+ years’ experience in a legal support role preferred; full training provided.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communicator, professional and approachable.
- Fast and accurate typing; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of legal terminology, case management software (e.g., Partners for Windows, LexisNexis) is a plus.
- Able to handle confidential information and work independently or in a team.
- Motivated to learn, develop professionally, and thrive in a challenging environment.
